This is the most foundational, complete, and beautiful training on TaiChi by a young, renowned master. I feel asbsolutely lucky to be able to access this for a small cost.

Her skill is superb.

Showing the guy at the end & the mistakes he made, I found very useful. I can use that to improve my practice. The voiceover though should have been checked. In Chinese, Qi is pronounced "Chi" & in Japanese it's pronounced "Ki"! The voiceover used the Japanese pronunciation rather than the Chinese pronunciation & for that I subtracted 1/2 star. All in all, really great content. I'm glad I bought the course.
